Trust Line
Provides an opportunity for any individuals, both anonymously and non-anonymously, to report potential misconduct, actions, or violations by SFE employees.
If you want to report violations or manifestations of corruption at the Lithuanian State Forestry Enterprise or its regional units, please submit your reports:
Anonymously or non-anonymously:
- by filling out a special report form on the website

- directly to the competent entity of SFE (Savanorių pr. 176, Vilnius)
You can provide information via the hotline about violations that may be prepared, committed or committed by SFE employees:
- law violations of a corrupt nature
- violations of anti-corruption policy, conflict of interest avoidance policy, gifts policy, provisions of the Employee Code of Ethics, anti-corruption management system requirements
- public procurement violations
- inappropriate performance or failure to perform the duties of employees
- violations of the rules for declaring private interests
- fraud and deception violations
- other violations
When reporting a violation, please provide, if possible:
- who, when, how and what violation they intend to commit, commit, or have committed, etc.
- the date and circumstances of discovering the violation
- your name, surname, contact details (optional to provide)
- any available documents, data or information disclosing signs of the alleged violation;
- specify information about possible motives of the person committing the violation, if known, provide information about witnesses
- whether the violation has already been reported, if reported, to whom it was reported, and whether a response was received
IMPORTANT: If you wish to receive information about the receipt of the report, the course of the investigation, and/or the results, you must provide relevant contact details through which such information can be provided. By providing contacts, a competent authority of SFE may contact you to clarify information.

Notifications submitted by the Trust line are considered in the description of the procedure for providing information about the violation through the Internal channel and the Trust line, approved by the General Director of SFE in 2022, April 27 by order No. ĮS(E)-64 “On the approval of the description of the procedure for providing information about the violation through the Internal channel and the Trust line”, by the established procedure. The competent subject of the SFE is the Prevention and Risk Management Department of the SFE and the chief specialists of this department.
The competent entity of the SFE ensures the confidentiality of the person who submitted information about the violation, except for the cases established by the Whistleblower Protection Law or when this is requested in writing from the person or if the information provided by him is known to be false. The submission of data and other information of the person who provided information about the violation to the employees of the pre-trial investigation or other institutions or institutions investigating violations according to their competence, without disclosing this data to persons not related to the investigation of the violation, is not considered a breach of confidentiality.
Attention: This is not an emergency or rapid response reporting line. Therefore, if you need immediate assistance or want to report a crime that requires urgent intervention, please call the general emergency number 112 or contact your nearest police station.
You can also report cases of corruption directly to the Special Investigation Service of the Republic of Lithuania or via email at [email protected].
IMPORTANT: Information about violations covered by the Whistleblower Protection Act should be provided non-anonymously through SFE’s Internal Channel or directly to the competent institution (the Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Lithuania, telephone: +370 5 266 2329), which handles such reports.
The Lithuanian State Forestry Enterprise emphasizes that the laws of the Republic of Lithuania prohibit defamation or falsely accusing another person of committing a crime. Legal consequences are established for such actions.
